UNITED CAPS Announces Sustainability Week: Every Cap Counts Webinars


Online sessions designed to communicate new options to brands to reduce their carbon footprint, take advantage of UNITED CAPS expertise

Wiltz, Luxembourg – UNITED CAPS, an international manufacturer of caps and closures, today announced a brand new online webinar series, Sustainability Week: Every Cap Matters. The sessions, scheduled for January 11, 12 and 13, 2022, are designed to provide useful information based on our own innovation that can be applied to corporate clients of all types. The seminars are structured in such a way that it is easy for participants to plan their participation in the sessions that interest them the most.

In this session, we go beyond discussions about sustainability in the abstract and demonstrate to attendees that the market for more sustainable product packaging is here, growing, and it’s time for all of us. to make sure we make sustainable decisions. We will offer concrete suggestions on how we can help reduce the overall carbon footprint of product packaging through the use of innovative manufacturing approaches, including the use of ISCC Plus certified resins that allow us to manufacture Exceptional closures from recycled plastics.

Sessions will include an in-depth and engaging program presented by experts, including:

UNITED We Stand For Sustainable Growth. Everything you always wanted to know about sustainability without being afraid to ask. In this session, we will explain the key terms, concepts and issues related to the sustainability of packaging.

What consumers really think about sustainable packaging. Missing an opportunity? How do consumers behave? What do they understand and what does sustainability determine purchasing behavior? We review the evidence and share our findings.

We will present the tools we have available to impact sustainability, how they appear in our product line and can help brands be more sustainable. This will provide participants with actionable ideas that they can take back to their organizations. Finally, we will end with a discussion of the upcoming opportunities that allow us and our customers to better meet the growing demand for more sustainable packaging.
