We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales Systems and Training Manager to design our Linear and Digital Ad Sales Training Strategy, oversee its implementation, and evaluate its results. In this role, the Director, Ad Sales Systems and Training will identify training and development needs and lead appropriate training initiatives that build expertise on our ad sales systems and business processes.
AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and assess future and current training needs
Supervise the trainers who will implement the training sessions
Develop a global or individualized training and development plan that meets needs and expectations
Deploy an appropriate variety of training methods
Conduct effective training sessions
Periodically monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success and return on investment of the training program and report back
Provide opportunities for continuous development
Solve any specific problem and adapt training programs if necessary
Maintain a thorough understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven work experience as a training manager
Work experience in the media industry
Supervisory experience
Experience in implementing training sessions in remote and live situations
Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping skills for reports and training manuals
Proficiency in the MS Office suite

Experience using advanced video conferencing options in a training setting
