Cambridge Regional College and Futures for You are teaming up to offer a series of interactive webinars designed to improve employability.
To overcome barriers to training participation and develop adult employability skills, Cambridge Regional College and Futures for You have launched their latest “Lunch and Learn” collaboration which offers free one-hour webinars on employability during a lunch period.
Claire Dolan said, “We are delighted to be working with Futures for You to bring these new training webinars to adults looking to develop their employability skills. Lunch and Learn sessions will be delivered from May and more information, including dates and content for all webinars, can be found on our website, https://www.camre.ac.uk/about /events/.
The new value-added collaboration consists of four lunchtime webinars, one per month starting on the 24and May 2022 and covers topics such as breaking the job code, using the language to land the job, creating a remarkable LinkedIn profile, and tips and tricks for online interviews.
Suzie Kitching, Careers Advisor, said: “Working in partnership with Cambridge Regional College will allow us to reach the people who really need our support. The webinars will be led by experienced and qualified career advisers and bookings can be made via the Cambridge Regional College website.
The webinar series complements Cambridge Regional College’s existing range of fully-funded employability courses which aim to improve the skills and employability of adults in our community.
