Prepare your applications: A number of new bootcamps and core programs are starting at Innovation York, aimed at supporting entrepreneurs across a range of stages and sectors.

Product feasibility bootcamp

YSpace and the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance are launching a second cohort of the Product Feasibility Bootcamp, a free online program designed to support black entrepreneurs and restaurateurs with food or drink. During the 10-week program, entrepreneurs will be able to move from ideation to a full feasibility study of their product. Created by the Black Creek Community Health Center in partnership with Black Creek Community Farm, York University TD Community Engagement Center, Startup Here Toronto, City of Toronto and YSpace, the virtual program offers workshops, mentorship and peer support. . Business rebound

Learn the Art of the Pivot: This three-month program aims to help hospitality and tourism professionals create new income opportunities by perfecting their existing business model or starting a new business. Entrepreneurs will be able to develop their digital skills, test their ideas and learn the latest strategies in social media marketing and e-commerce. Applications are open until November 14. ELLA Express

This intensive two-week program provides participants with a solid foundation to help them grow their product or service businesses. Designed for women entrepreneurs, ELLA Express offers mentoring, peer support, and targeted workshops on everything from writing a business plan to pitching. Business catalyst

Start-up entrepreneurs can validate their startup idea, create a proof of concept, and learn essential skills through this free six-week training and mentoring program. Participants receive interactive workshops, expert mentoring, peer support, and start-up resources.
