North Texas Healthy Communities, the nonprofit arm of Texas Health implementing the Blue Zones project in Fort Worth, is partnering with nationally recognized stress coach and wellness educator Nicole Porter to present a free, year-long webinar series designed to engage, empower and equip busy professionals with tools for better mindset and overall health.
The first in the series will be presented from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday June 15, and recorded to accommodate work/personal life schedules. Future webinars will be offered every third Wednesday of the month through November. To enhance webinar discussions, attendees may submit questions to Porter in advance via a link provided with registration confirmation.
Let’s talk about stress, June 15, noon to 1 p.m. For many, a demanding job, financial difficulties or a global pandemic immediately come to mind as sources of stress. However, today’s professionals also add stress to their bodies and minds in other ways.
