Data science helps businesses understand all the data produced every minute and turn it into action. The field is in such demand that there has been a skills gap since 2020. Insight Data Science offers an intensive fellowship that will serve as a post-doctoral bridge between academics and data science. A doctorate is required for this course, and students will learn from top industry experts to be prepared for interviews with top companies.
5. New York Academy of Data Sciences
NYCDA’s program is suitable for beginners. He teaches data science to beginners and intermediates with Python, Hadoop, Shiny, Knitr, rCharts, and other R packages. His Hadoop and Spark boot camp uses Python, Scala, Java with an emphasis on use of Hadoop tools to analyze data volumes. Applicants must require a master’s or doctoral degree. in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or similar experience.
Thinkful offers a flexible and customizable 6-month part-time course. The program includes data analysis using Python, data aggregation using SQL, machine learning and specialization such as deep learning, big data, advanced NLP, etc.
Springboard offers a 2-6 month self-paced program that covers Python, data management, data history, inferential statistics, and machine learning. Students can take advantage of mentor-guided courses with employment insurance. The career team will refine the portfolio, optimize resumes and help build industry connections. Tuition fees will be refunded within six months of graduation if a student cannot find employment.
