2022 online workshops for caregivers in Bucks available – book now

Caregivers in Buckinghamshire can now access virtual workshops in the New Year.

Following the success of the seminars throughout 2021, the Caregiver Assessment Team at Oxford Health in Buckinghamshire is offering four further online workshops under the theme ‘Living Together’.

Julie Dale, Associate Social Care Manager, said: “We are delighted to present the New Year’s Online Caregiver Workshops for mental health carers supporting patients as part of Buckinghamshire’s Community Mental Health Teams.

“The next set of classes is highly recommended for starting the new year with a clear purpose, coping strategies and a positive outlet. It’s an opportunity for caregivers, family and friends to meet others in similar circumstances and to gain information and ideas on how to cope with their role as caregivers, which in turn contributes to the recovery of their loved ones.

The workshops are offered to carers of service users who are currently cared for by Bucks mental health teams.
