(the Foundation) a California Not-for-Profit corporation and IRS recognized 501c3. POLICY INFORMATION

1) The California Space Grant foundation will not share e-mail addresses with third parties.

2) The California Space Grant Foundation will not share or sell financial donor postal mailing lists or phone numbers with other non-profits.

3) From time to time it may be necessary to share personnel information of persons attending a conference or workshops sponsored by the Foundation or one of our partners. This information is provided for facilitation of the workshop or conference only. This information will not be used for solicitation purposes by either the Foundation or our Partners.

3) We make every effort to secure your INTERNET financial transactions. We use high grade encryption and security protocols to communicate with your browser software that comply with current Federal Regulations. Companies we work with to process credit card transactions also use high grade encryption and security protocols.
