Both the ACES.NET and CSGF.ORG web sites are owned and operated on behalf of the California Space Grant Foundation Inc. (the Foundation) a California Not-for-Profit corporation and IRS recognized 501c3. The Foundation makes every effort to protect the privacy of visitors to our web site including all information they may give us about their donations and gifts. POLICY INFORMATION
1) The California Space Grant foundation will not share e-mail addresses
with third parties.
2) The California Space Grant Foundation will not share or sell financial
donor postal mailing lists or phone numbers with other non-profits.
3) From time to time it may be necessary to share personnel information
of persons attending a conference or workshops sponsored by the Foundation
or one of our partners. This information is provided for facilitation of
the workshop or conference only. This information will not be used for
solicitation purposes by either the Foundation or our Partners.
3) We make every effort to secure your INTERNET financial transactions.
We use high grade encryption and security protocols to communicate with
your browser software that comply with current Federal Regulations. Companies
we work with to process credit card transactions also use high grade encryption
and security protocols.
4) Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may
be automatically collected by our Websites through the use of "cookies." "Cookies" are
small text files a Website can use to recognize repeat visitors, facilitate
the visitor's ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow a site to
